Terms of Service & Distance Sales Agreement
1. Seller — Satıcı

2. Subject — Konu
These terms govern the sale of digital products (templates, spreadsheets, automation blueprints and related digital content) listed on this store to the buyer ("Buyer") in accordance with the Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği).
3. Delivery — Teslimat
Products are digital content delivered instantly after successful payment via a download link sent to the Buyer's email address. No physical shipment occurs.
4. Right of Withdrawal — Cayma Hakkı
Pursuant to the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval before the expiry of the withdrawal period. By completing checkout, the Buyer consents to instant delivery and acknowledges this exception. The Seller additionally offers a voluntary 14-day guarantee described in the Refund Policy.
5. License — Lisans
Products are licensed for personal use by the purchasing account. Resale, redistribution or republication of the products or their contents is prohibited.
6. Disputes — Uyuşmazlıklar
Consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) and Consumer Courts in Türkiye within statutory monetary limits.
